Walsh Group applies the latest technology in prefabrication design and pre-production at our in-house facility, maximising on-site efficiency and controlling the timing and installation programme.

Following a thorough assessment, projects that are suitable for prefabricated installation are fast tracked into our CAD team where prefabrication drawings are produced for client approval and sign-off prior to installation.

Independent third party commissioning specialists are engaged by Walsh Group on all projects to confirm that the design features set out by the Design Team have been fully achieved in the completed build environment.

In highly specialised and controlled environments, such as hospital operating theatres and other medical and pharmaceutical projects, an independent Validation Specialist is engaged to validate and approve the commissioning process.
