The development consisted of a new four storey educational building (circa 4400m²) on a greenfield site.
The new building caters for undergraduate teaching, postgraduate and academic staff and associated stores and plant. The mechanical works consisted of the installation of air handling plant and equipment, boilers, chillers water tanks and associated pipework and controls equipment. BIM was utilised on this project. Compliant under current Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014.
